CARDED Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-11-06
These terms are an agreement between you and CARDED LLC ("CARDED", "we") about your use of the CARDED app and website. By using CARDED, you agree to them.
1. Who can use CARDED
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per person, signed in with your own phone number.
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your phone and codes to yourself.
2. How CARDED works
- Your card and rank are earned by going out with real people in real places.
- A pull happens only when both people confirm in person. There are no remote adds.
- Rank, tiers and aura can't be bought, sold, traded or transferred. Nothing you pay for changes your rank.
- Sparks are earned only.
3. Cosmetic items
- Skins, glows, packs and bundles are cosmetic. They change how your card looks, nothing else.
- They're a license to use the item in CARDED, not property. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money, sold or transferred.
- Purchases are processed by Apple, Google under their terms; refunds follow their policies.
- We may change or retire items. If we retire one you paid for, we'll replace it with an item of equal or greater value.
4. How to behave
Don't:
- harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, in the app or at a night;
- post sexual content involving anyone without their consent, or anything involving minors;
- use hate speech, or impersonate someone;
- use CARDED to sell drugs, weapons or anything illegal;
- fake pulls, nights or check-ins, use bots, or try to game rank;
- scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service;
- use someone else's photo as your card photo.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
5. Reporting and blocking
- You can block anyone. They won't be able to message you or see your card.
- You can report a person from a conversation or a lobby, or long-press a message to report it. Our team reviews reports.
- In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) first.
6. Hosts and events
- Hosts run their own events. Hosts are responsible for their events: the venue, safety, age checks, alcohol laws, cover charges and anything else that happens there.
- CARDED doesn't organize, run, insure or supervise events, and isn't a party to any payment between a host and a guest (Venmo, Cash App or otherwise).
- Going out has real-world risks. Look out for yourself and the people around you.
7. Your content
- You own the photos and text you put in CARDED. You give us a license to store, process and show them as needed to run the service (for example, to put your photo on your card and show it to people you've pulled).
- The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time, or as required by law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what you can do about it, including downloading your data and deleting your account.
9. Ending your account
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
- We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
10. Disclaimers
CARDED is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for what other users or hosts do. [Liability cap: lawyer to set.]
11. Disputes
[Governing law: Colorado. Venue / arbitration clause: lawyer to decide.]
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
